Sales Conditions

1. Terms of Delivery
The order will be delivered as soon as possible. If the order cannot be fullfilled due to non-availability you will be informed and already received payments will be returned – the latest within 30 days.

2. Versandkosten
According to the volume, the weight and the value of the commodity the GRABNER - despatch department chooses the most favorable mode of shipment for you.

Period of Dispatch  If the article is available about 1 week(depends on the way of dispatch;via letter, via parcel service, forwarding business or train).

Packaging: The packaging is done in stabile dispatch cardboards free of charge.

Forwarding Expenses and Handling Charges:

• Europe (incl. Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway): EUR 15,00
• Free of charge delivery in Europe if order exceeds EUR 300,00
• US & Canada: EUR 50,00
• South Africa: EUR 60,00
• Other countries: EUR 90,00
• Custom fee included
  

3. Payment Methods
In Österreich haben Sie die Möglichkeit, per Nachnahme oder mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. In den übrigen EU-Ländern ist nur Zahlung mittels Kreditkarte (VISA, Diners Club, American Express, Master Card) möglich.
Payment is possible by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Diners Club) but also with the online payment portal Paypal which allows further payments options (bank transfer).

4. Right of Revocation
Due to the custom fitting and personalisation of the products we cannot allow any right of revocation.

5. Warranty
If products have any material or production defaults or show transport damage please reclaim immediately.
At GD Golf we provide a 12 month warranty covering any manufacturing defects or faults. This warranty doesn’t cover any damage caused by unreasonable or inappropriate use, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

6. Data Privacy
All data which are necessary for the administration of orders will be stored and if necessary transferred to companies which are involved in the fulfillment of the orders. Therby we consider the data privacy act and control the compliance of the act. Of course we treat all data as confidental.
